At Hans Vidya Foundation, we strongly believe that empowering women is the key to building stronger families, communities, and a more compassionate society. Women are not just caretakers of homes — they are leaders, changemakers, and visionaries who can transform the world when given the right opportunities.
Our Women Empowerment Programs are designed to provide education, vocational training, and livelihood support to women from underserved backgrounds. Many women in rural and low-income communities lack access to resources, guidance, and platforms to express their potential. Through our initiatives, we create safe spaces where they can learn, grow, and lead.
Skill Development
At Hans Vidya Foundation, we believe that true empowerment comes when individuals have the ability to earn with dignity. Our Skill Development Programs are designed to provide women, girls, and youth with hands-on training that leads to self-reliance and confidence.
We offer practical training in tailoring, handicrafts, digital literacy, and small business management, enabling participants to use their creativity and talents for income generation. Many women begin home-based tailoring or handicraft units, while youth learn business basics to start their own ventures.
To keep pace with the modern world, we provide digital literacy programs that prepare participants for online opportunities and new-age employment. Special focus is given to girls and women through makeup, beauty, and professional training courses, helping them build careers in salons, wellness, or independent businesses.

Our Impact
At Hans Vidya Foundation, impact is measured not only in numbers but in lives transformed. Through our initiatives in education, food security, healthcare, environment, and elder care, we bring hope and dignity to underserved communities.
Our free tuition centers and literacy camps have helped children improve in reading, writing, and confidence, reducing dropout rates. Food distribution drives ensure that families facing poverty do not sleep hungry, while medical camps and hygiene kit support protect health and dignity. Elder care programs bring comfort to seniors, reminding them that they are valued and respected.
Over the past year, we have helped over 1,000 individuals in our community improve their mental health and well-being through counseling, support groups, and awareness programs.
Environmental drives, especially tree plantation events, inspire children and volunteers to create a greener tomorrow. Women’s empowerment and skill development programs provide independence and livelihood opportunities.

Auto/Bike Repairing Training for youth
At Hans Vidya Foundation, we understand that many young men from underserved communities drop out of school and struggle to find stable jobs. To support them, we run Auto and Bike Repairing Training Programs that provide hands-on technical skills and open doors to reliable employment.
Through this program, participants learn the basics of repairing two-wheelers and small vehicles, gaining practical knowledge that can be used in workshops, garages, or even to start their own service businesses. By equipping them with trade skills, we help them achieve financial independence and support their families with dignity.
This initiative is not just about repairing machines — it is about restoring hope and confidence among young men. With steady earnings, they are able to continue education for siblings, contribute to household needs, and even create livelihood opportunities for others by setting up their own shops
